The Springbank Community Association is led by a volunteer Board of Directors (BOD) dedicated to serving the Springbank community. The Board meets monthly to discuss community matters and guide the organization’s direction.

MEET THE BOARD

    Stu Pritchard

    PRESIDENT

    Stu has been a resident of Springbank for 35 years. A retired IT marketing and sales executive, he brings expertise in all aspects of information technology, along with international and academic experience as a lecturer at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Stu approaches every project with a goal-oriented, strategic mindset and implements tasks with practicality and diplomacy.

    Aimee Johnston

    VICE-PRESIDENT

    Aimee holds a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and certifications in leadership and facility operations, specializing in the management of recreation and high-performance sports facilities. She has led significant recreation construction and renovation projects. As a new Springbank resident, Aimee is focused on grassroots initiatives that drive recreation forward with excellence and efficiency

    Lynn Robb

    SECRETARY

    Lynn holds a B.Sc. in Biology and has lived in Springbank for over 35 years having volunteered extensively for athletics and academics in the community. She brings expertise in environmental and conservation education with provincial and city parks and national not for profits. Lynn is passionate about promoting natural, sustainable development that benefits both the local ecosystems and the community.

    Chris Gough

    TREASURER

    Chris Gough, P.Eng. is a management consultant and former engineer with extensive board experience, including serving as treasurer of a condominium board. After moving to Springbank in 2025, he joined the board to provide sound financial stewardship and ensure community resources are managed responsibly for the benefit of all residents.

    Jan Erisman

    DIRECTOR AT LARGE

    Jan Erisman, B.I.D. (with distinction) is a commercial and residential interior designer, and 30 year resident. She has volunteered on the Springbank Area Structure Plan and the Rocky View West Recreation Board, is 20 plus year member of the Springbank Community Association, a STAPA member and founding member of the Springbank Historical Society. She is dedicated to celebrating Springbank’s rich history while promoting its vibrant future.

  • Lynn Munro

    DIRECTOR AT LARGE

    Lynn has a B. Ed (with distinction), grew up on a mixed farm and actively participates in her husband’s family ranch in North Springbank. Her two sons are the sixth generation to live in Springbank. A dedicated community volunteer, Lynn has supported local schools and youth sports, including minor hockey and football. She believes longevity of community is achieved through enhanced local facilities and spaces.

    Melanie Spafford

    DIRECTOR AT LARGE

    Melanie has lived in Springbank for more than 45 years and offers a wealth of experience in municipal government and IT project management. A devoted community member and mother, she has contributed to numerous local initiatives. Melanie is committed to preserving and strengthening the sense of connection that defines Springbank.

    Brad Wanchulak

    DIRECTOR AT LARGE

    Brad brings over 20 years of executive, project management, and community leadership experience to the board. With a strong background in international business and recreational development, he actively serves on several community boards within Rocky View County and Springbank. Brad is dedicated to enhancing country-residential living for residents of all ages

    Alex Whitcombe, B.A. (Psychology), brings experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and insurance risk management. He has founded and led companies in the heavy equipment and AI audio sectors, with expertise in scaling businesses, managing complex projects, and negotiating with global corporations. Alex is committed to preserving Springbank's country-residential character while supporting thoughtful community development, recreation, and strong community connections.
