As an integral member of Springbank Aero Services operations, an aircraft fueler/ramp attendant’s responsibilities include:
• Refueling commercial and general aviation aircraft
• Provide professional customer and ground handling service
• Perform general mechanical maintenance and upkeep on various equipment
• Facilitate the safe movement of aircraft as required
• Maintain the Quality Assurance Fuel program and perform quality checks and tests
• Operate an aviation radio base station
• Accurate record keeping and billing for services provided
This full time position is located at the Springbank Airport (CYBW) in Calgary, Alberta. The ideal candidate possesses a mechanical aptitude and excellent communication, customer service and time management skills. Successful candidates will be required to complete NATA’s Professional Line Service Training, obtain an Industry Canada Restricted Operators Certificate with Aeronautical Qualification (ROC-A) and an Alberta Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driver’s abstract. Preference will be given to candidates with a Class 3 license with Q endorsement, and prior aviation fueling and ramp experience. The ability to work shift work in varying temperatures and lift up to 80 pounds is required along with the ability to adapt to changing work assignments under time constraints.

High School Diploma
Alberta Class 5 Drivers License, preference will be given to Class 3 with 'Q' brake endorsement
