Fire permits are required for all open burning throughout the year. Permits may be obtained from the Municipal office or the appointed Fire Guardians. Fireworks Permits are Required By LawAny person selling, purchasing, possessing or discharging Fireworks in the MD must have a valid Fireworks permit. Fireworks permits may be obtained through the MD Emergency Services office at (403) 230-1401, Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:30pm or download the Fireworks Permit and fax the completed form to the MD Emergency Services office at 230-7091.
