Springbank Creative Arts ClubThe Springbank Creative Arts Club mission is “to encourage the development of arts and crafts within the Springbank schools and community.” Their primary vehicle for accomplishing this is the annual Show & Sale which will be held at Springbank Community High School November 2010. Members of the Club must reside in Springbank, attend club meetings, serve on one club committee and assist with the production of the annual Show & Sale. These members may choose to display and sell their artwork and crafts at the show along with non-member renters, all of whom apply and are reviewed by a jury of members. Springbank Yoga is a community service run by volunteers now in it's 10th year of service. We coordinate 90-minute morning, afternoon, and evening practice times at a convenient local venue lead by professional instructors. Instructor styles will vary but all focus on deep opening and strength poses with elements of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Core and Teen yoga. Both gentle and intermediate levels are available, suitable for new and experienced participants respectively. Three seasonal sessions follow the Springbank school calendar utilizing personal email as the primary communications vehicle. Fees for each session are paid in full in advance of each session and are non-refundable. Drop-in Packs are available to anyone registered for at least one yoga class. Waivers are required. Winter Session begins Monday, January 16 for 11 weeks ending Friday, March 30. Free registration fee if confirmed before Friday, January 20, after that date $15 registration fee in addition to your class fees. The Calgary Wild Water Polo Club is always looking for new players, 7 to 15 years old to be added to already one of the best teams in Alberta. For younger age group only requirement is that child can swim 25 meters. Though season registrations are held in the fall, we accept new registrations throughout the year. If you are not sure about joining the club feel free to attend one month free of charge. If you are looking for competitive sport, great workout and also fun one, all of that in very safe environment with low sport related injury rate, water polo might be your choice. 
WANNA POLO is a recreational women’s water polo club offering an alternative form of water polo to women who prefer to a play at a less intense, non contact level.
